A tune-up is a full inspection and cleaning of your system before the season it works hardest. Most of the emergency calls we get in July could have been caught during a spring visit.
What a tune-up includes
- Cleaning the outdoor coil and checking the refrigerant charge
- Testing capacitors, contactors, and electrical connections
- Clearing the condensate drain line
- Checking the furnace burners, flame sensor, and heat exchanger in the fall
- Replacing your filter if you have one on hand
The maintenance plan
Plan members get both visits each year at a set price, priority scheduling when something breaks, and a discount on repairs. Ask about it when you call.
